Rocketman is a 2019 personal melodic film dependent on the existence of British performer Elton John. The film stars Taron Egerton as John, with Jamie Bell as Bernie Taupin, Richard Madden as John Reid, and Bryce Dallas Howard as Sheila Eileen, John's mom.

The film plot examines Reginald Dwight experiences childhood in 1950s Britain, raised by his unaffectionate mother, Sheila, and seriously cherishing grandma Ivy. Reginald is keen on music and desires to perform for his dad, Stanley, who looks into his child "I Want Love".

Reginald starts piano exercises, advancing into the Royal Academy of Music. Stanley forsakes his family after Sheila engages in extramarital relations. Reginald builds up an interest in awesome music and acts in nearby bars "Saturday Night's Alright for Fighting".

As a grown-up, Reginald joins the band Bluesology, which is recruited to play reinforcement for visiting American groups, The Isley Brothers and Patti LaBelle and the Blue Belles "Separating the Walls of Heartache".

Isley Brothers lead vocalist Ronald Isley suggests Reginald compose tunes and put his previous lifestyle behind him to turn into a celebrated craftsman. Later on, Reginald changes his name to Elton John. The name came from Elton the saxophonist, and John from Long John Baldry.

Reid's impact over Elton dispatches a descending winding into an existence of depravity while his profession ascends higher than ever "Honky Cat". Elton builds up a showy stage persona and gets quite possibly the best specialists of the 1970s.
